I don't believe that is Hild.  The voice does not match.  He's supposed to look like a middle-aged trucker, composed of a jaded visage, world-weary after his wife stole all his wow goldz and left him with nothing but a rusty spoon and a level 1 baby.  A man of eccentricity and wit made sour after spending 13 years in a Turkish prison. 

Clearly this unshaven, hooded, vagrant is not the Hild you're looking for.
